Board of Directors: SVP DE's board of director meets six times per year.They oversee and assure the financial stability of the organization, assist with strategic planning and review and ratify funding decisions made by the Investment Committee. Chair: Eileen Dalton
Investment Committee: The SVP DE's Investment Committee is responsible for due diligence of potential and current investee organizations. Committee makes funding decisions and formally report to the Board and partnership for ratification. Chair: Robert DeSantis Communications/Marketing Committee: The Communications/Marketing Committee oversees brand identify and messaging for print media.Also works with media relations and helps promote SVP DE to the public. Chair: Julia Stone Financial Planning Committee: This committee helps explore funding resources for SVP DE, meets with current and potential funders to explain SVP DE and its mission. This committee also helps write grant proposals. Chair: Paul Harrell Partner Recruitment: This committee seeks to expand SVP DE partnership through partner recruitment.
